A Story of Courage

Hi, my name is Rosemary and I founded Pétale. I was formerly the Matron of The V Tearoom aka The Cookie Museum for more than a decade and that was where I began to pick up tea knowledge and tea showmanship. That was the period where I also began to show appreciation towards tea drinking.

After the birth of my first child, and at the age of 35, I knew that I needed to do something for my life and leave a legacy. I left my comfortable job in a business development role and with my passion and interest for teas, I decided to embark on this journey.
