Shipping

1. Local Shipping

For products sold by Naiise:

Our local shipping fees start from $3.50*. However, you can combine all items in your order (excluding drop-shipped items) in one delivery, and your order will be despatched within 1-2 working days - if your order consists of only in-stock items. Our courier partner Janio will deliver your parcel to you within 1-3 working days.

For products sold by sellers and brands other than Naiise: 

You will be charged from just $1* per vendor per order.

Example:

Product A (Vendor A): $4
Product B (Vendor B): $5

Total Shipping: $1 (Vendor A) + $1 (Vendor B) = $2

Currently, we are not able to display a breakdown of shipping fees on the checkout page as our system does not support this. Hence, you will only be able to view it as a lump sum for the shipping fees while checking out.

(*shipping fees may vary based on the total weight and size of all the items in your order that are from the same vendor)

2. International Shipping

Currently, we are only able to offer international shipping for products sold by Naiise. However, we will be working on this so you can send and receive unique and meaningful products to anywhere in the world.

For products sold by Naiise: our products will be delivered to you by our courier Aramex. Upon despatch of your order, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking code of your parcel. Your order may take between 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

3. Delivery Methods

For products sold by Naiise:

For products sold by Naiise (excluding drop-shipped products), we work with Janio and Aramex as our courier partners for local shipping within Singapore, and for international shipping respectively.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification from us that your parcel is on the way.

For local shipping, Janio will be contacting when delivery is being made. You can also track the delivery progress at https://tracker.janio.asia/ with tracking code NA[Your order number]SG (e.g. NA123456SG)

For international shipping, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking code and URL once your order has been despatched.

For products sold by sellers and brands other than Naiise:

As our sellers are in charge of fulfilling and delivering your order, they will choose their own mode of delivery. While we encourage our sellers to work with our logistics partner, Janio, to help deliver the orders to our customers, we also allow our sellers to use other modes of delivery, such as other third-party couriers, local normal and registered mail postage, and even personal deliveries.

If you need more clarification on this, do refer to the seller’s policy on the seller profile page to confirm this. Otherwise, you can drop the seller a message via the “Contact” button on their seller profile page to find out more.

4. Delivery Duration

When will my item(s) be shipped?

For products sold by Naiise:

For local deliveries, your order will be despatched within 1 working day, and will be delivered to you by our courier partner within the next 1 - 3 working days

Exception: Please kindly note that the expected delivery time will differ for items that are made-to-order (bean bags, furniture, selected apparel brands.) Do refer to the Product Page for more information.

*Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, please expect a possible delay in the processing and delivery of shipments during this period.

For local shipment, our third-party courier will contact you directly regarding delivery timing. Deliveries will be made between Mon - Fri, 11am - 10pm & Sat morning. For specific delivery timing requests, please kindly direct them to wecare@naiise.com. Additional charges may apply.

For products sold by sellers and brands other than Naiise:

As our sellers are in charge of fulfilling and delivering your order, they each have their own policies on how long it will take for them to ship out your parcel. For more information, do check out the shipping policies on the seller’s profile page. Otherwise, you can drop the seller a message via the “Contact” button on their seller profile page.

For your peace of mind, we expect all our sellers to ship out your parcels within 14 days of your order date. In the unlikely event that your order is unfulfilled for more than 14 days after your order date, we will automatically cancel and refund in full to you. In exceptional cases, however, where the seller has pre-informed us of an imminent delay which has been then relayed to you and accepted by you, we will not cancel the order.

Once your parcels have been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information, if available.

Once shipped, when will I receive my order?

The timeframe for delivery varies from seller to seller as each seller uses different delivery methods. For more information, do check out the shipping policies on the seller’s profile page. Otherwise, you can drop the seller a message via the “Contact” button on their seller profile page.

As a general guideline, local delivery should take no more than 5 working days. If you have not received your order within 5 working days after you have received the shipping confirmation email, please contact the seller directly.

5. Order Tracking

If you have received the shipping confirmation email for your order, you can look out for the tracking code provided by your seller(s) to check the delivery progress of your order. Do note that this only applies to sellers who have sent your orders via a trackable delivery method.

As we encourage our sellers to engage our logistics partner, Janio, for delivery, you might receive emails from Janio with regards to the tracking details of your orders. From there, you can track your parcel easily with the tracking code provided.
