Celebrating Found Objects is an exhibition featuring 20 upcycled products from 40 BA(Hons) Design Communication Level 2 students of LASALLE College of the Arts. Drawing inspiration from selected housing estates, each piece explores the relationship between form and function, and the location’s history and/or visual characteristics. The playful outcomes ranging furnishings and wares to ornaments and sculptures, challenge our understandings of product typologies by giving found or abandoned objects an unexpected new lease of life.
