Shibori Scarf (Silk Cotton)

This premium quality silk cotton scarf is handmade by Malaysian artisans and hand-dyed with a resist dyeing technique called shibori using a plant-based dye from mangosteen.

Comfortable and stylish to wear for any occasion, this shibori scarf is made from silk cotton. Also comes with a Batik Boutique logo charm. It is lightweight and elegant and can be styled as a neck scarf, head scarf, or shawl.

The colors and prints may vary from one to the other as each piece is hand-painted. The color and pattern will also change over time to a tan coloring. As this is a natural effect of plant-based dyes, there will not be exchanges or refunds issued for any changes in patterning or color.

Care instructions: Hand wash with room temperature water, with a mild detergent and hang to dry. A warm iron can be used if necessary. Do not use any stain removers, whiteners or strong detergent as this product uses plant-based dyes.
