Raspberry compote filling in the centre of two chocolate cake layers covered in Raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream.
Top off with dark chocolate shavings and dark chocolate crisps pearls

2) Valentine's Heart Arrangement

Soft pink hues to accent the passionate red of the Hydrangea heart. Arrangement consists of Hydrangeas, Sola Flower, Preserved roses, Ming Fern, Baby's Breath and Helichrysum.
