Eka Wong has been passionate about Japan for at least the past one and a half decades. To learn more about its food and culture, he picked up Japanese mostly on his own and aided by the kind serving staff in Japan who would patiently converse with him.
The satisfaction on the faces of friends and family when he brings them to new places in Japan made him more driven to research more about the country. This eventually expanded to a list so long that he decided to compile it into a book. Eka also loves photography, videography, poi-spinning and poetry.
