Fuss-Free Recipes To Enjoy Your Food

Need some new ideas and recipes to enjoy your nut butters?

As part of our food extravaganza series this week, the Naiise team shares with you some of our favourite hassle-free recipes. Give it a go, and let us know what you think! (:

1. Speculoos Raspberry Swirl No-Churn Ice Cream

This no-churn recipe works magic for those without an ice cream maker (:

All you need are 2 cups of heavy whipping cream (get these from Phoon Huat), 1 can of condensed milk, and as much Speculoos and raspberry jam (or puree) as you want! We think it's best to make this right before you go to bed, so the wait is hardly agonising and your ice cream will be ready when you wake up the next morning.

2. Speculoos Chocolate Pralines

This easy peasy recipe was contributed by Jacqueline, the brains and beauty behind Poppy & Co. Think Reese's - only yummier (at least, we think so).

3. Chocolate Chip Pistachio Cookiewiches

Cookies... with butter... and more cookies. These certainly classify as one of the best comfort food. Feel free to swap the filling out for another nut butter flavour - cashew or hazelnut perhaps?

4. Honey Sea Salt & Thyme Almond Butter Cake

Sounds complicated, but it actually isn't. With this Honey & Sea Salt Almond Butter, the only thing you're probably missing is thyme. Feel free to leave it out, or swap it with fresh rosemary leaves, for extra flavour. This recipe makes a good large loaf cake for a party, and it can be halved for smaller tea-time treats.

5. Fluffy Morning Pancakes

This is perfect for slow mornings on weekends, when you have just that extra 20 min to spare. We think pancakes are the best way to enjoy jams, so top this off with a Dragonfruit & Lychee Jam or a Mango Passionfruit Jam. Or, Singapore Sling in the morning, anyone?
