About Pastel Nagomi Art
Pastel Nagomi Art (PNA) is a form of healing art founded in Japan. Pastel powders are used and applied with the fingers to create a gentle, transparent, warm and heart-touching art through unique yet simple painting techniques.
The process of painting helps one to relax and calm the mind, increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and find one’s inner peace. The resulting art pieces give a magical sense of self-satisfaction, bringing a sense of harmony, hope and positivity to the heart of painters. Participants will experience great joy when they share their art pieces with their loved ones.
