Jewel‚Ñ¢ Orchid - Anoectochilus chapaensis and Ludisia

While Ludisia only has one species, Anoectochilus Orchids has about fifty species. They are both terrestrial herbs with dark coloured leaves, contrasting veins and large flowers.

They are regularly used in Chinese “old mother’s remedy”. Plants are boiled in water and consumed orally to treat symptoms such as chest and abdominal pains, diabetes, nephritis, fever, hypertension, impotence, liver and spleen disorder, and pleurodynia.

In purest form, it can be used for eating. However, our room scent are designed for fragrances and have other Orchid notes and Aroma Oils as well.
