Gleam Mémoire

I’ve always been intrigued by scents since I was a child. The smell of freshly cut grass, the pages of a book, or even a newly-visited country always sparked a little something in my heart. These emotions are deeply etched in my mind as memories.
On my first day in Paris, I stepped into my apartment and was greeted with the scent of Diptyque’s Baies candle. Coincidentally, I was wearing the perfume house’s L’ombre Dans L’eau which featured the same notes of blackcurrent leaves and rose! From that moment, that was to me, the scent of Paris. Till today, a whiff of L’ombre Dans L’eau still brings back memories of a Parisian springtime by the crepe cart at Place de la Concorde and lounging by the fountain at Jardin du Palais Royal.
Scents play a huge part in the creation of our memory. Gleam Mémoire was birthed as an ode to memories of the past, present, and future. Each scent tells a story inspired by life’s special moments.
Hand-poured in small batches, our candles are handcrafted with sustainable and environmentally friendly pure coconut and soy (cocosoy) wax blended with fine fragrance and essential oils. Each candle is topped with crystals which have been cleansed and charged. We use premium wooden wicks sourced from FSC-certified mills in the USA because they are natural, eco-friendly and produce a lovely soft crackle when lit. Like precious memories, we take special care to ensure that each candle is pure and untainted – free from animal testing, phthalates, parabens, sulphates, toxins, paraffin and palm components.
