Fish Sh-nack

Wanting to re-create local favourites commonly eaten at restaurants, Ken and Perlin decided to turn fried fish skin into a snack that can be enjoyed without the guilt.

Fried using a special technique that utilises less oil, the fish skin is light and crispy. Hoping to bring the knack in snack, Fish Sh-nack is a munchy that is healthy and tasty.
